  1. You can return an item only if it is unopened, unused, still sealed, and in its original packaging. Please note that injectables, hygiene-sensitive products, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  2. You must request a return within 7 days after receiving your order. To start the process, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product. If your return qualifies, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA).

  3. If you cancel your order because you changed your mind, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.

  4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the issue was caused by us (for example, if you received the wrong or a damaged item). If your package needs to be shipped again (such as when a wrong address was provided or the parcel was refused by customs) you will also need to pay for the new shipping fee.

  5. If customs abandons or destroys your parcel, we cannot issue a refund. If the package is returned to us in good condition, you can choose between a refund or having it reshipped.

  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Any customs charges or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

  7. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
